1. Check-in / Check-out — Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability). 2. Maximum occupancy — The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Unauthorised additional guests are not permitted. 3. No smoking — Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. A cleaning fee of £150 will be charged for any violation. 4. No parties or events — No parties, gatherings, or loud music after 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbours in this residential building. 5. Pets — Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing prior to booking. 6. Noise — Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 7. Damage — Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the card on file. 8. Waste & recycling — Please place rubbish in the designated bins. Leaving excessive waste will incur an additional cleaning charge. 9. Windows & doors — Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the property. 10. Smart lock & access — Access details will be shared 24 hours before check-in. Do not share the access code with anyone outside your booking party.
